The FLATKAP is designed to mount directly on the concrete over the sanitary pipe inlet. It will fit up to a 4" diameter pipe inlet. In the closed position, the FLATKAP seals off the sanitary inlet not only to the pipe inlet but the surrounding periphery.

No need for lost, broken or cross-threaded plastic or metal caps in the sanitary inlet, which are difficult to install and remove. In using the FLATKAP, your guest will never have to fight with the plastic or metal threaded caps, since the FLATKAP seals without threads. The spring-loaded lid provides easy opening to access the sanitary inlet for hose installation, and best of all, automatic closure every time when the hose is removed.

All sanitary hose connections can be used with the FLATKAP, such as sanitary rings, threaded and unthreaded 90° elbows, universal elbows, 4-in-1 adapters and easy slip connectors for either black or gray hose seals. The spring-loaded lid assists in holding the sanitary hose in the sanitary inlet during normal discharge thereby eliminating the need for extra devices to stabilize the hose, such as security straps or sanitary saddles.

The FLATKAP incorporates many sealing features to protect the environment from spills and odors by utilizing durable rubber components. The safety design of the FLATKAP ensures that any open sanitary pipe is securely closed every time to prevent foreign materials from entering the sanitary system and reducing the possibility of accidents that can result from open pipes.
